For what purpose do we process your personal data?

CFIE informs users that the purpose of processing the data collected in the contact form on this website includes the following purposes: addressing requests made by interested parties and including their data in the contact agenda.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent of the user in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR, through the selection of the checkbox when submitting the form where their consent is verified.

How long will we retain your data?

We only store users’ personal data to the extent that we need them to be able to use them for the purpose for which they were collected, and according to the legal basis for their processing. We will retain personal data as long as there is a relationship with the user and as long as they do not exercise their right to deletion, cancellation, and/or limitation of the processing of personal data.

To whom will your data be communicated?

CFIE informs users that their data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except when such data transfer is supported by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, object to the processing of the data, and exercise the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication to the following email address: info@promisedproject.eu. This communication must include the following information: Full name of the interested party, the request being made, and supporting data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Every interested party has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), CFIE informs users that it has created a profile on the Social Networks Instagram and Twitter, with the primary purpose of publicizing its services, as well as sharing news and other related publications of interest.

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by CFIE, thus showing interest in the information published on the Network.

By joining our page, you provide your consent for the processing of any personal data published on your profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

CFIE has access to and processes that public information about the user, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. It is not incorporated into any additional or external files.

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of processing, and data portability, which you have and which can be exercised before CFIE in accordance with the LOPDGDD, you should consider the following nuances:

  • Access: Defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the capacity to access user profile information.
  • Rectification: Only applicable to information under CFIE’s control, such as deleting comments posted on its page. Typically, this right must be exercised before the Social Network.
  • Cancellation and/or Opposition: Similar to the previous case, only applicable to information under CFIE’s control, such as leaving the profile.
  • Limitation of Processing: Only applicable to information under CFIE’s control, such as deleting comments posted on its page. Typically, this right must be exercised before the Social Network.
  • Data Portability: Only applicable to information under CFIE’s control. This right must be exercised before the Social Network.

CFIE will undertake the following actions:

  • Access public profile information.
  • Publish on the user’s profile any information already published on the CFIE Social Network page.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network’s channels.
  • Post updates to the page’s status that will be published on the user’s profile. The user can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.

PUBLICATIONS

Once joined to the CFIE page, the user can post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user must always be the owner of these or have the author’s and intellectual property rights or the consent of affected third parties. Any publication of texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that could be offensive, violate morals, ethics, good taste, or decorum, or infringe on intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law is expressly prohibited. In such cases, CFIE reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

CFIE will not be responsible for content freely published by a user.

Users should be aware that their publications will be known to other users, making them primarily responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any additional file by CFIE but will remain on the Social Network.

ADVERTISING

CFIE will use the Social Network to advertise its services. In any case, if it decides to process contact data for direct actions, it will always comply with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.
